Molyvann BY
Co-Founder
Molyvann is a food processing professional. She specialises in food production management including quality and hygienic controls, and nutrition supplementation. Her passion for agribusiness development in Cambodia inspired her to successfully pursue a master’s degree in Agribusiness at the University of Melbourne in Australia. She, additionally, has a long experience working with private companies in improving quality and safety of food products. Currently, she is involving with a project which works with farmer associations to improve livelihoods and enhance food security of small-scale farmers in Mundulkiri province.

Radin SENG
Co-Founder
Radin is an agribusiness proactive individual. He earned a Master of Agribusiness from the University of Queensland, Australia. This degree specially focuses on developing agriculture sector from a business perspective. Additionally, he has extensive experience working in agricultural sector as a Technical Advisor and a National Consultant. His primary focuses with these positions include: increasing agricultural productivity, agribusiness development, value chain management, and market-driven strategies development. His determination is to work to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain in Cambodia.

Kosal KHAN (Mr.)
Co-Founder
Kosal is an agribusiness farms owner. He graduated from the Royal University of Agriculture with a bachelor’s degree in Agronomy and a master’s degree in Integrated Management of Agriculture and Rural Development. Besides managing his personal farm, Kosal has been working as a freelance consultant providing advice and supports to many Japanese investors who are interested in agricultural ventures in Cambodia. Equipped with more than 10 years of experience being a producer and a trader of agro-products, Kosal is well aware of challenges that farmers are facing and he has been determined to contribute to support farmers/producers to build their capacities and love farming. He is currently a member of agricultural association in Preah Vihear (Pepper association Sroyang Koh Ker), a Board Member of Cambodia Japan Friendship School and Cambodia Education Assistance Fund(CEAF), and the Director of Alumni Association of Cambodia Japan Friendship School.
